Yakimovich Valentina

Deputy Minister of Justice V.V. Yakimovich is responsible for:

• organizing the Ministry's participation in the legal support of the rule-making activities of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, and the National Bank; ensuring the coordination of rule-making work within the system of republican government bodies subordinate to the Government of the Republic of Belarus in the sphere of economics and ecology;
• ensuring the conduct of mandatory legal expertise in relation to regulatory legal acts of state bodies and organizations subordinate to the President of the Republic of Belarus, ministries, other republican government bodies, regional and Minsk City Councils of Deputies, regional executive committees, and the Minsk City Executive Committee in their areas of responsibility;
• Participation in organizing methodological guidance and coordinating the activities of the main justice departments of regional executive committees on matters of conducting mandatory legal review of regulatory legal acts of local councils of deputies, executive and administrative bodies at the basic territorial level, and audits of compliance in local councils of deputies, executive and administrative bodies at the basic territorial level with the established procedure for the preparation, adoption (publication), registration, referral for mandatory legal review of regulatory legal acts, and the legality of the application of regulatory legal acts that have not undergone mandatory legal review;
• organization of work on conducting audits of the status of rule-making activities in supervised areas of activity;
• organizational and methodological support and coordination of the activities of registration authorities in the area of ​​state registration and liquidation (termination of activities) of commercial organizations, individual entrepreneurs (except for the registration and liquidation of banks, non-bank credit and financial institutions, insurance organizations, insurance brokers, and insurer associations);
• Organization of the maintenance of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietorships.

Deputy Minister of Justice V.V. Yakimovich oversees the work of:

• the Main Directorate for Economic Regulation;
• the Directorate for Legal Regulation in Construction and Environmental Management;
• the Directorate of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietorships.
