General Department of Normative Activity in the Sphere of Economics of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as the General Department) is a structural subdivision of the central office of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.

The General Department includes:

  • Department of Legal Regulation of Civil Relations;
  • Department of Legal Regulation of Budgetary and Financial Relations and Taxation.

The Head of the General Department directly supervises the activities of the General Department.
